以製作 《Ingress》 、《Pokemon GO》聞名的 Niantic 的第三款作品《哈利波特：巫師聯盟》（Harry Potter : Wizards Unite）宣佈遊戲將於 2022 年 1 月 31 日正式關閉。
《哈利波特：巫師聯盟》 於 2019 年 6 月起在全球各地陸續上架，同樣使用了 Niantic 善用的 AR 擴增實境玩法，這次一樣會在《哈利波特：巫師聯盟》出現，尋找港口鑰等等。

不過即使「哈利波特」本身是全球知名 IP，配上《Pokemon GO》大獲成功的玩法，理應可以獲得不錯的成績，但是《哈利波特：巫師聯盟》自從推出後就和《Pokemon GO》的成績相差甚遠，證明了遊戲並不是單純的加法就能有好成績。
《哈利波特：巫師聯盟》將於 12 月 6 日於雙平台下架，2022 年 1 月 31 日正式關閉伺服器。
