一年一度 The Game Awards 2019 台灣時間今（13）日上午九點半正式舉行，最終由From Software開發的《隻狼》獲得2019年度遊戲殊榮，而獨立遊戲《極樂迪斯科》則成了本次最大贏家，共獲得《最佳敘事遊戲》、《最佳角色扮演遊戲》《最佳獨立遊戲》以及《最佳嶄新獨立遊戲工作室》四項大獎。
而小島秀夫的新作《死亡擱淺》雖無緣2019年度遊戲，但也拿下《最佳遊戲導演》、《最佳表演者》和《最佳遊戲音樂》三項大獎，無疑是對小島秀夫極大的肯定。
